Master’s in Culinary art
In keeping with our pioneering and avant-garde attitude and beginning in the new academic year in 2016, the ESDL is offering a new Master’s course entitled « Food Design and Arts de Vivre ». The aim of this completely innovative course, is to train students in culinary art associated with ‘art de vivre’ by integrating the four main disciplines of design, namely: Graphic Design, Product Design, Packaging Design and Spatial Design.
With this course the ESDL engages fully with our region and its numerous agri-food and gastronomic businesses who are increasingly in need of specialised design professionals to accompany them in the enhancement and commerciali
sation of their products.
